Carbomer homopolymer type C is incorporated into artificial tears, relieving dry eye symptoms. This product is the DrugMonitor™ Anti-Carbomer homopolymer type C Antibody (VS-0125-YC512), specifically designed as an anti-drug antibody (ADA) that targets Carbomer homopolymer type C. The ADA was raised in rabbits immunized with Carbomer homopolymer type C conjugated to BSA and is suitable for use in ELISA and lateral flow assays. This antibody may be employed in pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) analyses, or as a reference standard in ADA assays. Furthermore, as a drug-based antibody, it serves as an exemplary tool for therapeutic drug monitoring, facilitating the determination of Carbomer homopolymer type C drug concentrations in various samples.
