Rat Anti-CBX1 Recombinant Antibody (clone MAC353)

The Rat Anti-CBX1 Recombinant Antibody (clone MAC353) is a recombinant antibody developed against a 71-amino acid fusion protein encompassing the C-terminal region of M31. It is suitable for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistology-Frozen (IHC-Fr), Immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western Blot (WB). CBX1 is a component of heterochromatin that recognizes and binds histone H3 tails methylated at 'Lys-9', leading to epigenetic repression. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying chromatin organization.
