Upon administration in colon tumor-bearing rats, CC52 demonstrated specific localization to tumor cells. This marker is applicable for immunohistochemical staining of tumor cells in both frozen tissue sections and formalin-fixed/paraffin-embedded tissues. Additionally, CC52 is compatible with flow cytometry, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, and ELISA assays.
