The AbPlus Anti-CCR2 Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC1087) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-CCR2 specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of CCR2 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

Isolates Monocytes Effectively
We used these beads to isolate CCR2 positive monocytes from peripheral blood samples. The purity of the isolated population was excellent, which was critical for our subsequent cell migration assays in our inflammation research project.
Great For Inflammation Study
Studying macrophage recruitment is a big part of our work, and these beads have simplified the process of obtaining CCR2+ cells. The magnetic separation is quick and doesn't seem to activate the cells negatively, which is important for our functional studies.
