Figure 1 Immunoblotting analysis confirms the specificity of CD133-scFv-1.

The proteins of PLC/PRF/5 cells (transfected with CD133 shRNA or control shRNA) were subjected to immunoblot analysis using anti-CD133-scFv-1 (1:50) or anti-β-actin (1:5000).

Figure 2 Flow cytometry analysis confirms the specificity of CD133-scFv-1.

To determine changes in CD133-scFv-1 cell binding affinity, transfected PLC/PRF/5 cells were stained with anti-CD133-scFv-1/PE and cells were sorted using a flow cytometer. Ten thousand cells were sorted per experiment (n = 3).
