Recombinant Anti-CD160 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CB52.6 var.)

The anti-CD160 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human CD160. CD160, found on NK and CD8 T cells, is important for cell-mediated cytolytic activity. The antibody has a novel CD160-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CD160 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
