This product is a recombinant scFv fragment of a human antibody that recognizes CD274 (programmed death-ligand 1 or PD-L1). The binding specificity and activity of its full-length antibody were validated by flow cytometry and indirect ELISA, respectively. It can efficiently bind to human T cells and activate T cells to induce cytokine production. This product was expressed in a mammalian system, purified by affinity purification, and went through strict quality control.
