Human Anti-CD274 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC111), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC111)
The product is a human anti-CD274 antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human CD274 and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations to promote hexamer formation, facilitating optimal C1q binding and thereby enhancing CDC.
