Human Anti-CD3 Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-0548-WJ) (CAT#: HPAB-0548-WJ)
HPAB-0548-WJ is a fully human monoclonal antibody specifically directed against CD3. Monoclonal antibodies are antibodies that bind to the same epitope as HPAB-0547-WJ. The antibody binds to CD3-positive (CD3+) cells but not to CD3-negative (CD3−) cells; the HPAB-0548-WJ antibody induces antigen modulation, which involves changes in the cell surface expression level or activity of CD3 or T-cell receptor (TcR) ( For example, decreased); HPAB-0548-WJ antibody inhibits the binding of mouse anti-human OKT3 monoclonal antibody to T lymphocytes.
