This product is a chimeric (rabbit/human) IgG1 antibody that recognizes human CD36, which is the fourth major glycoprotein of the platelet surface and serves as a receptor for thrombospondin in platelets and various cell lines. This antibody is recommended for flow cytometry at a dilution of 1:100.
