Rat Anti-CD4 Recombinant Antibody Hexamer (VS-0924-YC114), CDC Enhanced (CAT#: VS-0924-YC114)
The product is a rat anti-CD4 antibody hexamer with enhanced complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) activity. This hexameric IgG1 targets human CD4 and includes hexamerization-enhancing mutations, which facilitate hexamer formation to optimize C1q binding and boost CDC efficiency.
