The product is a recombinant human fab antibody targets for CD40. It binds to human Cd40-Fc using Surface Plasmon Resonance, with an affinity of 0.271 nM. The antibody effectively attaches to the cell surface of B cells and DCs present in lymphoid organs. This antibody is the Fab fragment antibody format of IgG antibody. The Fab fragment of an antibody is capable of binding to antigens independently of the Fc portion.
