Human Anti-CD40 Recombinant Antibody; scFv Fragment (HPAB-M0481-YC-S(P)) (CAT#: HPAB-M0481-YC-S(P))
The product is a recombinant human scfv antibody that specifically targets Cluster of Differentiation 40 (CD40). It has the ability to bind to human CD40 as well as exhibit cross-reactivity with cynomolgus macaque CD40. The production of this antibody involved expressing it in mammalian cells using chemically defined culture media, followed by purification through affinity chromatography.
