Highlighted clones (*) satisfy the primary criteria for tumor selectivity: A450-A650 ≥0.3 for binding to 1264 cells and ≥10-fold lower signal with BEAS-2B cells. Identified clones (arrows) bind 1264 cells with minimal cross-reactivity to BEAS-2B cells in a stringent flow cytometric assay using purified scFv fragments. Data are sorted by the ELISA signal with 1264 cells and are taken from a representative 96-well plate.
