The AbPlus Anti-Cdc37 Magnetic Beads (VS-0724-YC199) is an innovative affinity resin which is bound with anti-Cdc37 specific antibody. The beads were designed for small-scale affinity purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of Cdc37 protein under native and denaturing conditions.

- Enables Hsp90 protein binding activity and kinase binding activity. Contributes to protein kinase regulator activity. Involved in positive regulation of mitophagy in response to mitochondrial depolarization; posttranscriptional regulation of gene expression; and regulation of protein kinase activity. Located in cytosol. Part of HSP90-CDC37 chaperone complex. Is expressed in 2-cell stage embryo and 4-cell stage embryo. Orthologous to human CDC37 (cell division cycle 37, HSP90 cochaperone).
