Mouse Anti-CDH1 Recombinant Antibody (clone SC10.17); scFv Fragment

The scFv fragment recognizes human and mouse CD324. It specifically inhibits CD324 homotypic binding and may be used to selectively target tumorigenic cells expressing deregulated CD324. The KD for antibody binding to human CD324 antigen was estimated to be 2.0 nM. Single-chain variable fragments (scFv) are artificial constructs consisting of immunoglobulin heavy and light chain variable regions linked by a peptide linker.
