SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-CDH6 pH-dependent Antibody (Clone Ab-HKT288)

The anti-CDH6 pH-dependent antibody (clone Ab-HKT288) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human CDH6. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to CDH6. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of CDH6 on cells and tissues. Human CDH6, or K-cadherin, is a cell adhesion molecule belonging to the cadherin superfamily. It is involved in cell-cell adhesion and is a promising therapeutic target for certain types of kidney and ovarian cancers.
