The application of anti-CEACAM5 antibody-conjugated liposomes in breast cancer treatment is still in the research stage. CEACAM5 is a tumor antigen that shows overexpression in various cancers, particularly in breast cancer. Therefore, the combination of antibodies targeting CEACAM5 with liposomes may aid in targeted drug delivery and enhance therapeutic efficacy.
