Rabbit Anti-CHEK2 (pT68) Recombinant Antibody (clone R23-2L-9) (CAT#: VS3-WK2072)
This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated CHEK2. The target of this antibody is phospho-CHEK2 (Thr68). The clone R23-2L-9 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IP analysis at a dilution of 1/50. The molecular weight of CHEK2 (pThr68) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 65 kDa.
