Competition between the isolated Fab for binding to CN21 hAChR tested by solid phase RIA. The maximum 125I-aBT-hAChR binding was determined in the absence of competitor, and the percentage of maximum 125I-aBT-hAChR binding in the presence of competitor was calculated.
