The recombinant Anti-CII biparatopic antibody, tandem scFv (Clone mAb1-5 x Clone CB313), is developed to target two distinct epitopes on CII. This configuration uses a tandem scFv, where the mAb1-5 scFv is focused on a conformational epitope on the triple-helical CII and is fused at the N-terminus to the CB313 scFv, which targets the C1 epitope (amino acids 316-333).
