Rabbit Anti-CLP1 Recombinant Antibody (clone R53-4N-9) (CAT#: VS3-FY2161)
We offer this specifically rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody, which was purified by affinity chromatography. It detects human CLP1 in WB, IHC-P, FC assay. The R53-4N-9 is recommended for dilution with western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/100-1/200), flow cytometry (dilution 1/50).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Plays a key role in both tRNA splicing and mRNA 3'-end formation. Component of the tRNA splicing endonuclease complex: phosphorylates the 5'-terminus of the tRNA 3'-exon during tRNA splicing; this phosphorylation event is a prerequisite for the subsequent ligation of the two exon halves and the production of a mature tRNA.
