The rabbit recombinant antibody specifically recognizes CNTNAP1 (Contactin associated protein 1), which plays a role in the formation of functional distinct domains critical for saltatory conduction of nerve impulses in myelinated nerve fibers. It reacts with human, mouse and rat CNTNAP1. It has been tested using Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/100, respectively.
