Mouse Anti-Cocaine Recombinant Antibody (clone 3A6); scFv Fragment (CAT#: FAMAB-0305-YC-S(P))
The product is new anti-cocaine catalytic antibody 3A6 scFv fragment from a biased antibody library. The catalytic activity of the antibody is dependent upon the ability of residues H50 (CDRH2) and L94 (CDRL3) to form an oxyanion hole that stabilizes the transition state through hydrogen bonding.
