Mouse Anti-COL2A1 Recombinant Antibody (clone ACC1); scFv Fragment (CAT#: PSBC-248)
This product is a recombinant Mouse antibody scFv Fragment that can recognize Col2a1. A mAb (ACC1) against citrullinated C1 was found to cross-react with several noncitrullinated epitopes on native CII, causing proteoglycan depletion of cartilage and severe arthritis in mice.
