The Rabbit Anti-COL6A1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat COL6A1. COL6A1 is associated with muscular and connective disorders like Bethlem myopathy, influencing collagen assembly and cellular pathways. The anti-COL6A1 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/2000), Immunofluorescence of cells (1/100-1/500), Immunofluorescence of tissues (1/100-1/500), Immunohistochemistry-paraffin (1/50-1/200).
