Recombinant Anti-CPB1 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CBC262 var.)

The anti-CPB1 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against mouse CPB1. CPB1 describes a metalloprotease from animal pancreas, targeting arginine and lysine residues. The antibody has a novel CPB1-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CPB1 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
