Recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody binds to CR2/CR1. This anti-CR2/CR1 antibody (4B2) can be as a new tool to study the effects of chronic complement receptor inhibition in murine models of human diseases.

Cells were then washed twice in PBS–1% BSA and analysed. Cells with forward and sideward scatter characteristics of lymphocytes were gated.
