CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CREB1 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC244)

CAT#: VS13-YC244

The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-CREB1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse CREB1. CREB1, a transcription factor, impacts pathways like DAG signaling in synovial fibroblasts, influencing hormonal response activities through binding interactions. The anti-CREB1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50).

  • Function
  • Phosphorylation-dependent transcription factor that stimulates transcription upon binding to the DNA cAMP response element (CRE), a sequence present in many viral and cellular promoters. Transcription activation is enhanced by the TORC coactivators which act independently of Ser-133 phosphorylation. Involved in different cellular processes including the synchronization of circadian rhythmicity and the differentiation of adipose cells.
