Rabbit Anti-CRP Recombinant Antibody (clone R09-9G4) (CAT#: VS3-XY3323)
The antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody binding to CRP (C-reactive protein), which promotes agglutination, bacterial capsular swelling, phagocytosis and complement fixation through its calcium-dependent binding to phosphorylcholine. It specifically reacts with human CRP. It has been detected by Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin and Immunoprecipitation is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/20, respectively.
