This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes colony stimulating factor 1 receptor. Single-chain antibody (scFv) is a small molecule composed of antibody heavy chain (VH) variable region and light chain (VL) variable region connected by a short linker peptide, which is not actually a fragment of an antibody, but instead is a fusion protein. The antibody binds to both human and cynomolgus monkey CSFIR ECD, but not to mouse CSFIR ECD.
