This is a recombinant human IgG1, lambda antibody that is meticulously crafted to target human and rhesus CSF2 with exceptional precision. The affinity levels towards recombinant hGM-CSF obtained from yeast and E. coli has been precisely quantified at 0.23 nM and 95 pM, respectively. Notably, it demonstrated its most potent inhibitory effect in a singular application at a concentration of 2 μg/mL.
