The product is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the CTCF (CCCTC-binding factor), which involves in transcriptional regulation by binding to chromatin insulators and preventing interaction between promoter and nearby enhancers and silencers. It recognizes and binds to human CTCF. It has been determined using Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence.
