Recombinant Anti-CXCL2 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (fAb var.)

The anti-CXCL2 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human CXCL2. CXCL2 is a chemokine implicated in inflammation and hematopoiesis suppression. The antibody has a novel CXCL2-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CXCL2 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
