Recombinant Anti-CXCL9 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (I5-8 var.)

The anti-CXCL9 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human CXCL9. CXCL9 links to chemokine activity and CXCR3 receptor binding. The antibody has a novel CXCL9-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble CXCL9 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
