Potent CXCR4 Inhibitor

We were looking for an antibody that could inhibit ligand binding to CXCR4, and the clone C-1I24 worked perfectly. It is a Recombinant Human Antibody that we used in inhibition assays. It effectively blocked the receptor, allowing us to study downstream signaling pathways.

High Purity for Cell Culture

Because we use this antibody in cell culture for cytotoxicity studies, purity is paramount. This product is>95% pure by HPLC and contains no preservatives. It was safe to use with our sensitive cell lines. We also confirmed its binding via ELISA, where it performed consistently.
