SmartAb™ Recombinant Anti-DDR1 pH-dependent Antibody (Clone AB2004)

The anti-DDR1 pH-dependent antibody (clone AB2004) is a pH-responsive antibody engineered to target human DDR1. This pH-switched monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed by incorporating histidine residues into its variable regions, which results in pH-biased binding to DDR1. By leveraging the natural pH variations in different tissues and cellular compartments, this pH-responsive antibody facilitates precise targeting of DDR1 on cells and tissues. Human DDR1, or Discoidin Domain Receptor 1, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that is activated by collagen. It is involved in cell adhesion, migration, and tissue development, and its dysregulation is linked to various diseases, including fibrosis and cancer.
