Mouse Anti-DENV NS1 Recombinant Antibody (clone 8A6F2) (CAT#: FAMAB-0149WJ)
This recombinant monoclonal antibody was derived from a positive hybridoma clone carried out by a CELLine 1000 bioreactor. It is a DENV-4-specific anti-NS1 MAb, characterized using fixed cell ELISA and iELISA. This antibody can be used in applications, such as ELISA, western blot, and Neutralization. A matching pair of unbiotinylated 8A6F2 as a capture antibody and biotinylated 6D4B10 as a detection antibody provided the most robust competition ELISA results.
