This product is a recombinant human antibody scFv fragment that recognizes all four DENV serotypes. Produced by the phage display technology, the scFv fragment binds to DENV with good affinity and specificity which has been valideted by ELISA and SPR. It is purified by affinity chromatography to get a purity higher than 95% and could be applied in ELISA, Neut, and FuncS assays.
