Nom-educing SDS-PAGE of (A) B9-IgG (150 kDa), (B) B9-Fab (50 kDa), and (C) B9-sFv (27 kDa). It is common for sFv fragments to migrate on SDS-PAGE with an apparent size that is slightly higher than calculated [26]. The 35 kDa band associated with Fab has not been identified.
