This product is a recombinant mouse antibody clone G5, which specifically binds to Desipramine.

Affinity purified G5-sFv was diluted to 0.1 mg/ml in elution buffer (5% acetonitrile, 1% propionic acid, pH 4.5) (●), rat serum (○), or rat urine (□), and incubated at 37 centigrade for various lengths of time. 100 μg of desipramine-BSA conjugate was placed into wells of a 96 well plate at 4 centigrade overnight and washed in PBS with 0.2% Tween-20. G5-sFv samples, after each treatment, were incubated in triplicate wells for 2 h. Chicken anti-G5-Fab' polyclonal antibody and rabbit anti-chicken IgG peroxidase conjugate were used to detect and quantify bound G5-sFvs. The absorbance at 492 nm of each sample was determined using a microplate reader.
