This rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody has been developed for the specific purpose of detecting human and rat DHX9. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide of human RNA Helicase A. The calculated molecular weight of the protein is 141 kDa, with an observed molecular weight also at 141 kDa. For western blot applications, the recommended dilution range is 1/500 to 1/1000.
