Rabbit Anti-DKK3 Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC304) (CAT#: VS13-YC304)
The Rabbit Anti-DKK3 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat DKK3. DKK3 is a secreted protein implicated in embryonic development through Wnt pathway interactions, potentially functioning as a tumor suppressor with variant isoforms. The anti-DKK3 antibody can be used for Western blot (1/500-1/1000), Immunofluorescence (1/50-1/200), Immunoprecipitation (1/50).
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Antagonizes canonical Wnt signaling by inhibiting LRP5/6 interaction with Wnt and by forming a ternary complex with the transmembrane protein KREMEN that promotes internalization of LRP5/6. DKKs play an important role in vertebrate development, where they locally inhibit Wnt regulated processes such as antero-posterior axial patterning, limb development, somitogenesis and eye formation. In the adult, Dkks are implicated in bone formation and bone disease, cancer and Alzheimer disease (By similarity).
