This product is a mouse antibody targeting human DLL4 with high affinity and biological activity. This antibody can be combined with rhDll4 specifically, and can block human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) proliferation suppression of the rhDll4.

- Centrifuge briefly prior to opening vial. Store at +4°C short term (1-2 weeks). Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

- The DLL4 antibody has been reported in applications of Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay, Western Blot, Surface Plasmon Resonance, Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Blocking, Immunohistochemistry.
For Immunofluorescence: Immunofluorescence straining was performed similarly to the above description. For the nuclear counterstain, slides were counterstained with 4′, 6-diamidino2-phenylindole dihydrochloride hydrate (DAPI). All images were obtained using a fluorescence microscope.
For Immunohistochemistry: For the immunohistochemical straining, sections were incubated with primary antibodies overnight at 4 °C and with the corresponding secondary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature the following day. The slides were then incubated with DAB solution and nuclear counterstained with hematoxylin. Finally, sections were examined microscopically
