Human Anti-DSG1 Recombinant Antibody (clone (D31)12a/5)

This is a human pemphigus vulgaris monoclonal autoantibodies isolated by phage display. The clone (D31)12a/5 is a nonpathogenic antibody recognizes both Dsg1 and Dsg3, wherewa it demonstrates only 5–26% inhibition of binding to Dsg3 by EDTA.
