Anti-EDB (clone L19) Recombinant Antibody Coupled Liposome (VS-1024-FY240)

ED-B antibody liposomes are nanocarriers prepared by conjugating antibody fragments specific to the extra domain B (ED-B) of fibronectin onto small unilamellar liposomes. These liposomes can be used for targeted drug delivery, particularly in the treatment of tumors and other inflammation-related diseases. They have the ability to selectively bind to tumor-associated macrophages or specific diseased tissues, thereby enhancing therapeutic efficacy.
