Mouse Anti-EED Recombinant Antibody (clone 0725W20)

This recombinant antibody, clone 0725W20, targets full-length recombinant human EED protein. It is validated for Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP), Chromatin Immunoprecipitation-Sequencing (ChIP-Seq), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Western Blot (WB). EED is a member of the Polycomb-group (PcG) family, which forms multimeric protein complexes essential for maintaining the transcriptional repressive state of genes across cell generations. This antibody is a valuable tool for studying epigenetic gene silencing and its role in development and disease.
