Mouse Anti-EGFR Recombinant Antibody (VS-0524-YC36) (CAT#: VS-0524-YC36)
The antibody is specific to the human epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). The antibody is capable of inhibiting the growth of human tumor cells expressing human EGFR. The antibodies were also tested for their ability to inhibit the binding of iodinated EGF to the surface of cells expressing EGF-R. Both of antibodies inhibit the binding of EGF to its receptor and the level of inhibition varied with 96>108.
