The mAb EnL2 is a chicken monoclonal anti-enolase antibody, which specifically recognizes the purified human enolase antigen as determined by Western blot and ELISA.

Figure 1 Immunofluorescent staining of alpha-enolase protein in PE089 cells.
Cells were fixed and their alpha-enolase expression was detected using purified EnL2 scFv antibodies, followed by mouse anti-HA and Cy-2-conjugated goat anti-mouse antibodies. The mucleus (red) was visualized by PI staining. EnL2 scFv antibodies clearly stained nuclear membrane (green) in PE089 cells.
