This R95-5O-8 recombinant monoclonal antibody is able to recognize human ENPP5 protein, a calculated weight of 55 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R95-5O-8 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).
